Tealight vision control.

For a factory producing candles of various types, a system for the vision inspection of tealights was designed and manufactured.

The following are subject to control:

​

• the shape of the tealight

• crease detection

• checking the ovality of the cup

Minimum detectable crease of 2 mm continuous length around the circumference. - level of paraffin flooding (spot) - accuracy of measurement 0.25 mm. - presence and centricity of the wick with an accuracy of 1 mm.
